"Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your bodies."

New To Fitness?

QUESTIONS, ANSWERED.

The honest answers we give to people just starting out.

How often should I work out as a beginner?

+
Three to four days per week is the sweet spot — enough to build momentum without burning out. Consistency over months beats intensity over a week.

How long until I see results?

+
You'll feel stronger and have more energy in 2–4 weeks. Visible changes usually show up around 8–12 weeks of consistent training.

Will people judge me at the gym?

+
Not here. The Body is built on a no-judgment attitude — everyone started somewhere, and most people are focused on their own workout, not yours.

Is it safe to start if I'm overweight, older, or have an injury?

+
Yes — exercise is one of the best things you can do at any size, age, or stage of recovery. We'll scale movements to your body.
